We have been in the field for more than 20 years starting as a systems integrator specializing in business process and document management automation. We expand our business to cover customer services operations. We focus our business mainly in Hong Kong and we have delivered many successful solutions to our clients. Our clients are mainly from financial service institutes and various departments of HKSAR Government. We have been appointed by the Office of the Government Chief Information Officer (OGCIO) as one of the Contractors of the Standing Offer Agreement for Quality Professional Services 3 (SOA-QPS3). In January 2011, we have accomplished a milestone achievement in becoming certified to the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 27001:2005.
